Very good customer service, including hot breakfasts with fresh fruit, yogurt and home made croissants. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in a good neighbourhood in a very very nice area. Close to a bucolic park and other tourist attractions.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The hotel was exceptionally clean based in a French style building with absolutely courteous and attentive staff. We were in a magnificent location just a pleasant stroll away from a vast park. There was a super restaurant, a shopping centre and a large shopping mall next door.

Nicholas
The hotel offers variety of food that was delicious. As for me location is particularly good and magnificent, really close to a restaurant down the street on the third morning, Chateau Frontenac and the Old City and the park space of the Plains of Abraham.

This trendy boutique hotel had particularly nice views. The staff was extremely helpful and very helpful the entire time. All in all everything was excellent, even so we had a little cramped bathroom. The location was excellent and unbeatable for walking around a bucolic park. A huge variety of options nearby, we visited restaurants and bars close to the property. Was an excellent place for trip.
The staff - some of them were super rude.

Actually the room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with brand new bathroom fixtures and toiletries, as example. The location was magnificent, close enough to great restaurant options and a restaurant down the street on the third morning and the Museum of Fine Art, the National Battlefield Parks on the Saint Lawrence River.

Great choice for trip. Fairly clean hotel in a very nice boutique building close to the Old City and the park space of the Plains of Abraham, and the Relais Charles Alexandre. Soft drinks and croissants and slices of fresh bread. Magnificent and unbeatable location to the falls. A lot of food options within walking distance of the venue.

My room was neat & airy with antique writing desk and secure lockers, for instance. The location was excellent, close to a bucolic park. On top of that, bars and restaurants were close to the property;))

Boutique hotel with pleasant views as a bonus. Attentive patient staff, ideal location close to everything. Close to the centre of Old Town, and bars and restaurants on the famous grand allee street which is absolutely jumping at the weekends. Plenty of food at the savoury and warm breakfast.
